At Nook, all orders are produced and shipped on demand through our trusted partner Gelato, which operates a global network of local print facilities.
This means your order will be printed and shipped from the location closest to you, helping us reduce both delivery time and environmental impact.

🕓 Production & Delivery Time

  • Production time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days (depending on destination)

  • You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been fulfilled.

🌍 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
If your region is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@nook.wtf.

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product type.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, it may be safely disposed of by our print partner.
In such cases, the order cannot be resent automatically — please contact us to arrange a reprint or replacement.

🧭 Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days after the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us.
We’ll investigate the issue with Gelato and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no cost.
